New York Jets RB Danny Woodhead is on the bubble to make the team, and will have to prove himself in the team’s final preseason game Thursday, Sept. 2, according to The Bergen Record’s J.P. Pelzman. “The more I’m around Woodhead,” head coach Rex Ryan said, “the more I’m like, ‘Is this in pencil or is this in pen yet?’ That’s how I look at it. The kid is a player.
