Looking Ahead To Fantasy Football Playoffs

Looking ahead to fantasy football playoffs, as though who follow this blog should be since they will be playing in the playoffs, right.  Well for those that did draft right and have made the right plays each week the fantasy football playoffs are coming up pretty quick so it’s good to look at some players that may make a difference in the fantasy football playoffs in 2009.

Some players will have really good match-ups and others will not. Looking ahead to fantasy football playoffs the following players could help your team.

  1. Arizona Passing Players – Larry Fitzgerald, Anquan Boldin, and Kurt Warner – Going into the playoffs they have one of the best match-ups. They are playing 3 of worst passing defenses which will give them a great chance of putting up good numbers when needed the most.
  2. New Orleans Passing Players – Drew Brees and the rest of passing game will be playing some of the worst defenses including the second worst passing defense the first week of the playoffs. This is good for teams that will not have a bye the first week.
  3. Larry Johnson or Jamal Charles – Its no guarantee on which one get the majority of the carries, but they are playing the two worst run defenses in the league and could be some of the best runners during the playoffs.  Knowing that these guys are either on the wire or possibly open on trade, it might make sense to grab one and put him on the bench.
