Quarterbacks On The Bubble – Fantasy Football Tips
I’ve never been one to draft a QB high and stand by that decision as a solid fantasy sports tip. Given the fact that each week there are usually more QB’s as the top point earners on the waiver wire than any other position. The reason is that most teams need only one or maybe two QB’s (one for a bye week). This means if you are in a 12 man league, than there would still be at least 10 starting QB’s on the wire for any given week. QB’s don’t share throws and they don’t have to fight for receptions, so basically any QB on any given week could produce good numbers. The key is to look at the match-ups and determine which one will have an easier time. The fact that every year there is always at least one QB taken in the first round is mind blowing. Granted, Tom Brady’s numbers last year were out of this world, and in fact, was the greatest single football season for a QB, but no one can expect that every year. Read the rest of this entry »
